Merchandise purchased from Now & Again Boutique may be returned for store credit only. Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase with all tags intact and must be in new condition as determined by employees. All sale items are final - no exceptions. Return postage for online purchases is the customers responsibility. If returning items via mail, consider adding tracking, as items lost in the mail will not be refunded.

We try our best to get orders out to you in a timely manner. Most online orders will be packaged and shipped within 1-3 business days. If at all possible, we will attempt to ship orders out the same business day of purchase. After arriving at the shipping facility, Now & Again Boutique, is not responsible for items. Please ensure your shipping address is correct when ordering items online, as this is the address items will be mailed to.

If you prefer to pick items up in store or would like curbside pickup - please let us know and we would be happy to arrange a time.
